Important: You own all call data. We process it solely to provide our service to you.

Your Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all call recordings, transcripts, and customer data processed through our service. We act as a service provider processing your data on your behalf.

AI Technology: We use AI and machine learning to provide voice agent services, including speech recognition, natural language processing, and automated analysis.

No Training on Your Data: We do not use your customer call data to train publicly available AI models or to benefit other customers. Your data remains private to your account.

AI Accuracy: AI systems may produce errors or inaccuracies. You should review and verify AI-generated outputs before relying on them for critical decisions.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

5.1 Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers who process information on our behalf:

Infrastructure Services:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

  • Database and storage providers

Business Operations:

Your Responsibility: When using our AI voice agent service, you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have legal authority to record customer calls in your jurisdiction

  • Obtaining all required consents from call participants

  • Complying with federal, state, and local recording laws

Our Role: Crulon provides the technology to record and process calls. We do not determine the legality of your recording practices. Consult with legal counsel to ensure compliance.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies for analytics and site functionality.

Types of Cookies:

  • Essential: Session management and security

  • Analytics: Google Analytics, PostHog, other analytics for usage analysis

Control Cookies: Adjust settings in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari settings). Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

9. Data Retention

Service Data: Call recordings and customer data are retained based on your account settings and subscription plan.

Marketing Data: Contact form and inquiry data is retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion.

Analytics: Usage analytics are retained according to service provider policies (typically 26-38 months).

We will delete or anonymize your information upon request, except where retention is required by law.

10. Your Privacy Rights

You Have the Right To:

  • Correction: Correct inaccurate information

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your information

  • Portability: Export your data in a usable format

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we've collected such information, we'll delete it promptly.

We're based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows the last revision. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through our service.
